SSA or SSH for day shift in Integrated Care West

After many years as a valued part of Helhedsplejen Vest, one of our experienced colleagues is retiring. Therefore we are now seeking a new social- and health assistant or social- and health helper for daytime shifts.

You will among other things

• support the citizens in their daily life with care, compassion and practical help
• create safety and relationships through presence and respect for the individual citizen
• use your professional skills to see opportunities and find solutions together with the citizen
• handle delegated nursing tasks
• be attentive to changes in the citizens and share your observations with the team
• work closely with colleagues and other professional groups on the best solutions for the citizens
• contribute to a good atmosphere, even on busy days when the weather is troublesome or plans change along the way

About Helhedsplejen Vest

Helhedsplejen Vest covers the western part of Brønderslev Municipality and consists of seven multidisciplinary teams and four department heads. Nursing and home care are merged into one integrated care area, where we work in fixed teams around the citizens. It creates security, continuity and high quality in the efforts.

Professional sparring, interdisciplinary collaboration and job satisfaction are a natural part of everyday life. We help each other, share knowledge and work together to create the best solutions for the citizens.

At the same time we already work based on many of the values and principles that the new elder care act builds on. Through fixed teams and close cross-disciplinary cooperation we create cohesive pathways based on each citizen's wishes, needs and resources. Practical information

• 37 hours per week or as agreed
• Weekend work every 2nd weekend or in a 2/4 arrangement
• Salary and terms of employment according to the applicable collective agreement

• Start: 1 January 2027 or as soon as possible
