A little about the position

• Fixed day shift
• 32-37 hours per week
• Weekend shift every second weekend
• Employment as soon as possible or by agreement

In Nord Home Nursing we work in fixed multidisciplinary teams consisting of social and health care helpers, social and health care assistants, nurses, students and trainees.

We focus on relational continuity, where permanent staff around the citizen create safety, quality and coherence in care.

• Are educated as a social and health care assistant with authorization
• Are passionate about creating value and quality of life for citizens
• Work rehabilitatively and take the citizen’s wishes and needs as the starting point
• Can work independently and at the same time actively contribute to the team’s shared tasks
• Are positive and constructive regarding development and changes
• Have good collaboration skills and can build trusting relationships
• Can provide an overview and prioritise your tasks
• Have a driving license
• Have a flair for IT and preferably experience with CURA
