SSA/SSH for an Outreach Team – Holistic Care Møn West

We are seeking a trained social and health care assistant (SSA) or social and health care helper (SSH) for our outreach team in the Holistic Care Helhedsplejen Møn Vest.

The position is normally 37 hours per week or as agreed.

• thrives working independently while actively contributing to the community

You must have a valid driving license .
