Your workplace

Your meeting place will be centrally located in Maribo, close to Nature Park Maribosøerne and with easy access to the highway.

You will become part of a mobile team that serves around 140 citizens in both urban and rural areas. Naturally, we have cars available.

The team consists of social and health helpers, social and health assistants, trainees, a daily planner, a nurse-educational coordinator and a team leader. Together we work to create the best possible pathways for the citizens with focus on quality, well-being and professionalism.

We put the citizen first

We work with holistic care and a rehabilitative approach, where we support citizens in maintaining their independence and quality of life for as long as possible.

As a social and health helper you play an important role in creating safety, continuity and presence for the citizens. You will also be part of a close multidisciplinary collaboration with, among others, nurses, therapists and general practitioners. We hold weekly citizen conferences where there is an opportunity for sparring and joint reflection.

Salary and terms of employment

Salary according to current collective agreement and principles for local pay formation.

Social and health helper: Starting salary for 37 hours (step 19+1578 base amount) DKK 27,536.34; ending salary for 37 hours (step 19+10 steps+3078 base amount) DKK 32,277.92.

The position is expected to be filled on 1 December 2026 or by agreement.

The position is 28 - 32 hours per week.

Note that a criminal record certificate will be requested prior to employment.
