We are seeking SSHs and SSAs for the primary day shift, with work every other weekend.

About us

Kong Gauers Gård is Denmark's new generation community, where older people and children meet for play, companionship and community. We are a care center and a day-care institution, integrated in the same building. The care center has 79 apartments spread over three wings with two living units in each. Each living unit has 13 or 14 residents, and we accommodate both singles and couples. In the center is the main building with the day-care and common rooms.

It is here that there is the opportunity for social interaction, motorical activity and creative activities. We have activity staff who work with the intergenerational community and create a bridge between children and older people – an effort that we expect you to actively participate in as well. We have a strong focus on giving our residents a lovely, safe and meaningful everyday life. Here the residents themselves determine the pace and have influence on how their day should unfold.

We are looking for you, who

• Are educated as a social- and health assistant or social- and health helper – preferably with experience in the elderly care field
• Meet the residents with respect, care and a rehabilitative outlook
• Thrive with responsibility and can maintain an overview
• Work in a structured way and contribute to good collaboration with colleagues and other professional groups
• Sees documentation as a natural part of the professional effort and contributes to keeping the documentation in Nexus up to date and supporting both quality, patient safety and good interprofessional collaboration
• Wants to contribute to development, learning and high professional quality
• Is flexible, positive and contributes to a good working environment

Terms of employment

Salary and terms of employment according to the applicable collective agreement and local pay.

SSH

Employment takes place according to the agreement for 73.01 Social and Health Personnel - SSH, §§ 4-6. The expected starting salary for full-time work excluding pension is base pay grade (grade 19-22) based on seniority, in the range of DKK 27,664 – 32,447. The final placement, including the collective agreement basis and salary level, is determined based on education, experience and qualifications as well as the specific offered position.

SSA

Employment takes place according to the agreement for 73.01 Social and Health Personnel - SSA, §§ 4-6. The expected starting salary for full-time work excluding pension is base pay grade (grade 24-27) based on seniority, in the range of DKK 29,579 – 34,898. The final placement, including the collective agreement basis and salary level, is determined based on education, experience and qualifications as well as the specific offered position.

We wish for commencement as soon as possible and employment date no later than 1 December 2026 or as soon as possible thereafter.

Working hours are 30-37 hours per week.
