We are looking for

• Social- and health helper (SSH) for event relief in day shift
• Social- and health assistant (SSA) for a permanent position in day shift

We are a small nursing home with 28 apartments, and dedicated and professional staff who help each other across and lift in unison. Here there is a short path from idea to action, and we believe the best solutions are created when everyone is heard and met with respect.

We offer day shifts.

• SSH: In event relief temporary position, with the possibility to request the number of hours that suits you
• SSA: A permanent position with the possibility to request the number of hours that suit you
• Weekend shifts every other weekend in day shift

Your tasks

As SSH/SSA

• Provide care and support based on each resident's wishes and needs
• Contribute to creating meaningful and good everyday life for residents
• Document and collaborate with colleagues and partners across disciplines
• Contribute to a good working environment and the strong community

As SSA

As a social- and health assistant you will also among other things handle

• Nursing observations and assessments
• Acute and unforeseen tasks
• Medication dispensing
• Contact with doctors, on-call doctors and hospitals
• Documentation and follow-ups
• Coordination of complex citizen/patient pathways
