SSH/SSA for the evening shift in the Outreach District 3, Hyby

Who are we

District 3 is divided into two teams, consisting of social and health care helpers, social and healthcare assistants, nurses, therapists, unskilled workers and house assistants.

We start at Lundingsvej 17 and drive out from here. We provide personal care and practical help to citizens who live in their own homes.

We have good humor and drive in the work. We value high professionalism, a sense of community and integrity. We work rehabilitatively and strive for citizens to have the greatest possible influence on their own lives.

We place great emphasis on you being passionate about the work with care and nursing, and on you contributing with engagement, stability and good humor to the team.

For us it is important that we know the citizens, and that we prioritize continuity and quality in the efforts they are admitted to.

• be educated SSH or SSA
• have a stable attendance
• have a driver's license

Job tasks

You will be introduced to care in general as well as to your route, so that both you and the citizens get to know each other before you work independently. We are aware that evening shifts are a particularly autonomous job, and we therefore prioritize thorough training.

Your shift starts at 15:30 and ends at 23:30. You will be provided with a car, and therefore a driver's license is required.

Salary and employment terms

In accordance with the applicable collective agreement between KL and the negotiating organization.

Criminal record will be requested upon appointment. Employment is conditional on the criminal record containing no notes of relevance to performing the specific position.

Fredericia Municipality is a tobacco-free workplace.

The position is 37 hours. In accordance with the municipality's personnel policy, there can be a dialogue about individual wishes for flexibility in working hours and the arrangement of work.
