We are looking for skilled and independent staff for our new Resource and Quality Team, which will help ensure the quality of our care across Region Nord.

About the job

As an employee in the Resource and Quality Team, you will have a flexible role, working as a “flyer” between our departments. This means you help with shift coverage and at the same time help to spot what we do well and where we can improve further.

Your tasks will include, among other things, to

• Ensure stable and professionally strong shift coverage across departments
• Observe and document when there is something we can improve
• Provide professional input on how we can develop employees' competences
• Contribute to better workflows and new ways of solving tasks
• Support good and consistent quality in care – no matter where you are

You will be connected to our operations manager for quality, who collects information from everyday work and continues to work with them together with the area team leaders.

Who are you?

We are looking for you who

• Have a relevant health professional education (e.g. SOSU assistant or nurse)
• Work professionally and with focus on the citizen's needs
• Thrive with variation in work and new workplaces
• Have an eye for quality and dare to say when something can be improved
• Work independently and are calm and clear in new situations
• Have a driving license and preferably your own car available (if there are no Carelink cars available), as you drive across the region
