Stairwell cleaner sought in Greater Copenhagen

With us, cleaning is not just something to get over with – it is a craft. We strive to deliver the absolute best indoor Property Service, and therefore we need a skilled employee with a good work pace to take over responsibility for a number of fixed stairwells. We offer initially 10-25 hours per week . The working hours are mainly on weekdays, but you should be ready to put in a shift one Saturday per month . If you do well and thrive with us, we would very much like you to become a permanent part of the team for a long time.

Who are we?

You will become part of AMG-Group. We are an experienced service company based in Søborg, from which we manage our Property Service. We have many years of experience in keeping properties in top condition, and your regular routes will primarily lie in the Greater Copenhagen area and surroundings as well as on Amager. For us it is essential that our employees are well taken care of. Therefore we ensure proper conditions, thorough training and the right equipment, so you can perform your work with job satisfaction.

What will your tasks consist of?

You will of course be thoroughly introduced to your tasks when you start. But your primary tasks include, among other things:

• Thorough vacuuming and floor cleaning of the main staircases and back staircases from the top floor all the way down.
• Detailed wiping of railings, window sills and panels.
• Removal of cobwebs in corners and ceilings.
• Cleaning of entrance areas , including wiping mailboxes and vacuuming mats.

Who are we looking for?

You do not need to be trained in cleaning – we will provide you with the right training. The most important is your attitude to the job:

• You have energy and good physical condition: you see the stairs as a fun challenge and a great way to stay in shape.
• You are detail-oriented: you notice the dust that others overlook, and you ensure the stairwells are clean as you go.
• You are outgoing and smiling: you meet residents at eye level when you work in their stairwells.
• You are reliable and have a driving license (B): you show up on time and can drive the company car safely between tasks.
