Store assistant for money transfers

We are looking for a smiley, service-minded and responsible shop assistant for our store, where we offer money transfer services via Western Union, Ria and MoneyGram.

The position is full-time. Since the business is open every day of the week, the working hours will be arranged according to a rotating shift schedule, including morning, evening and weekend shifts.

Your main duties

• Reception and servicing of customers
• Handling and execution of money transfers
• Ensuring correct and accurate processing of payments and transactions
• Customer service and guidance related to money transfers
• Handling of cash and other means of payment
• General store duties

We expect that you

• Are service-minded, approachable and presentable
• Are responsible and meticulous
• Have a talent for numbers and be comfortable handling money and payments
• Can work independently and maintain an overview in busy periods
• Are flexible with regard to working hours, including mornings, evenings and weekends
• Speak Danish and/or English. Additional language skills are an advantage
