Skoringen in Randers Storcenter is one of Denmark's largest and most beautiful shoe stores. Here you get responsibility for a large, modern store with 9 employees – but without having to spend a large part of your time on the administration that normally accompanies the role of store manager.

We would rather have our store manager out on the floor than buried in back office.

Therefore we centrally handle a large part of the administrative work around, among other things, rosters, payroll and other back-office tasks. At the same time we as owners are close by and ready to help and spar when needed.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a capable leader who loves people, sales and retail.

You believe in the value of good, old-fashioned service and thrive on the floor together with the staff and customers. At the same time you are good at organizing everyday life, delegating tasks and creating a clear direction for your team.

You are motivated by seeing employees develop, and you understand that good leadership largely consists of creating results through others.

Together with your team you will be responsible for reaching the store's goals, maintaining a high level of service and ensuring that both the chain's campaigns and our own local activities are translated into action in the store.

Your background

Perhaps you are already an experienced store manager in the shoe industry and have both leadership experience and shoe expertise with you.

Perhaps you are a deputy manager and ready for the next step.

Or perhaps you come from fashion, beauty, sport, a department store or another part of retail where personal service, sales and leadership are crucial.

Shoe-specific experience is a clear advantage – but not a requirement.

The most important thing is that you can deliver results, can lead people and love selling . We can teach you the shoe knowledge.

You will not be alone

We operate several Skoringen stores, and you will become part of our network of store managers and deputy managers, where we meet regularly, share experiences and advise on sales, staff and store operations.

As owners we are also close by and ready to help – without getting in the way of you running your store.
