The job

As a student assistant you will be an important support for the Police's RPA team, which works with automation of processes across the organisation. The team needs help with a number of administrative and documentation-related tasks that help ensure quality and consistency in their work.

Your tasks will include

• Review, update and type up documentation
• Quality-assure templates, guidelines and work descriptions
• Maintain and update content on intranet pages
• Contribute to structuring and quality assurance of logging in robot solutions
• Support the team with administrative tasks and ongoing documentation work

You will become part of a team where you have the opportunity to get to know the organisation and the work with automation, while contributing with your own competences.

Your profile

We imagine that you are at the start of your higher education, for example within IT, communication, information science or a humanities field.

However, the most important thing is not your field of study, but that you

• Have a high written level in Danish
• Are thorough and quality-conscious in your work
• Have a sense of structure and detail
• Can work independently and take responsibility for your own tasks
• Want to create professional and user-friendly written products

It would be an advantage if you have an interest in or a basic understanding of programming, automation or digital processes, but it is not a requirement.

The practical

• Start: As soon as possible after security clearance
• Working hours: approx. 20 hours per week spread over 2-3 workdays
• Employment period: 12 months with the possibility of extension
• Workplace: The Police, Frederikskaj, 2450 Copenhagen SV
• Security clearance: The employment is conditional on you being able to obtain security clearance and maintaining it throughout the employment.
