Student Assistant, Logistics

As a Student Assistant in our Logistics team, you will support the daily administration and the Import Compliance team in daily customs-related operations, documentation tasks, with a primary focus on import compliance and customs warehouse procedures.

As our warehouse in Greve operates as a bonded warehouse, the role also involves supporting customs-related processes and transactions between our internal systems and customs authorities.

The position may also include export-related activities depending on operational needs.

You will work at our Logistics Office in Greve, and report directly to our Head of Inbound Logistics.

This is the job

• Support the Import Compliance team in managing daily custom-related activities and documentation.
• Contribute to accurate customs data, recordkeeping and compliance with relevant regulations.
• Assist with customs warehouse administration and monitoring of customs-related transactions.
• Provide operational support for export activities when required.
• Identify opportunities to improve administrative workflows and reporting.

This is you

• Currently enrolled in a relevant higher education programme, preferably within Supply Chain Management, Logistics, International Business, Economics or a related field.
• Good Microsoft Excel skills and an interest in working with data and IT systems.
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Structured, accurate and comfortable working with administrative tasks.
• Good written and spoken Danish and English.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with colleagues across departments.
• Interest in international trade, customs procedures and supply chain operations.
• Previous experience with customs, ERP systems or Power BI is an advantage, but not required.

Practicalities

The position is approximately 15 hours per week, and naturally, we will take your exam periods into consideration.
