Student Assistant, Digital Growth (Paid Social)

At Flying Tiger Copenhagen, we are on an exciting growth journey, and digital plays an important part in bringing our brand, products and stores to customers around the world.

We are looking for a Student Assistant to join our Global Digital Growth team, with a particular focus on Paid Social. You will get hands-on experience with campaigns across Meta and TikTok, work with data and performance insights, and learn how paid social can build both brand awareness and sales across multiple markets.

This is the job

As our new Student Assistant, you will work closely with our Paid Social Lead, Digital Growth Manager and the rest of the Digital Growth team.

You will help keep our paid social campaigns running smoothly from day to day and support both awareness and performance campaigns across markets. One moment you might be quality-checking a campaign, the next digging into the numbers to understand why one creative performs better than another.

Your tasks will include

• Supporting the setup, quality checks and day-to-day running of paid social campaigns on Meta and TikTok
• Monitoring, measuring and reporting campaign performance against KPIs across markets
• Diving into the data and turning numbers into useful insights and recommendations
• Helping evaluate creative performance and identifying what works on different platforms
• Keeping campaigns, markets and ads organised and on track
• Staying curious about platform trends, new ad formats and opportunities, and bringing fresh ideas to the team
• Supporting the wider Digital Growth team with ad hoc tasks when needed

And because we want you to learn and grow with us, you will have the opportunity over time to develop your own area of responsibility within paid social.

This is you

You are probably at the end of your bachelor’s degree or at the beginning of your master’s, ideally within Business, Marketing, Economics, Communication or a related field, and you have at least one year left of your studies.

You are curious, analytical and structured. You enjoy figuring out why something works, and when the answer can be found in a spreadsheet, you are happy to go looking for it.

At the same time, you have an eye for creative content and are interested in that all-important question: what makes people stop scrolling?

We imagine that you

• Have an analytical mindset and a good head for numbers
• Enjoy working with data and translating performance into concrete insights
• Are interested in both brand awareness and performance/sales campaigns
• Are structured and detail-oriented, even when there are multiple campaigns, markets and ads to keep track of
• Take responsibility and are comfortable with both recurring operational tasks and analytical assignments
• Have commercial curiosity and want to understand how paid social contributes to both brand and business results
• Have an eye for creative content and an interest in what works across different social platforms
• Have strong Excel skills
• Are fluent in English, both written and spoken

If you already have experience with paid social advertising on Meta or TikTok, that is a definite plus. But just as important is your curiosity and willingness to learn.

You will become part of our Global Digital Growth team within Marketing, where we work across organic social, influencer marketing, paid social and paid search.

Practicalities

The position is approximately 15–20 hours per week, and naturally, we will take your exam periods into consideration.

You will be based at our headquarters in Copenhagen and report to Natallia Holstein Bach, Digital Growth Manager.
