Job Description

We are seeking a student assistant for the research group Neurorehabilitation Systems at the Institute for Medicine and Health Technology at Aalborg University. As part of the project we have implemented strategies that give the user information about the prosthesis condition in order to enable closed-loop control . The next step is to test these feedback strategies experimentally and investigate the effect of non-invasive feedback in relation to controlling the prosthesis.

Your main tasks will include data collection in connection with experiments that evaluate non-invasive feedback strategies, assisting in planning and conducting experimental studies, as well as data processing and data analysis with a view to evaluating the experimental results.

We are looking for a student assistant who has an interest in experimental research and experience with or competencies in one or more of the following areas:

  • Experience with data collection in connection with experimental studies.
  • Data analysis and statistical methods.
