About the job

You will become part of our substance misuse center with responsibility for citizens in close cooperation with authorities and the professional leader. Relationship- and motivation-work is the core of the job while you have the freedom to think creatively and plan meaningful activities that support the citizen's development.

You also contribute to our group treatment offerings, where we continually have two active group programs and you work closely with both internal and external actors, including at network meetings with caseworkers.

The daily work is varied and planned based on the citizen's needs while we prioritize a strong professional community and a daily life where we are together and spar with one another.

About us

We offer outpatient treatment, counseling and guidance to citizens and next of kin within alcohol- and substance treatment from 15 years and up. We work, among other things, based on the methods MI and KAT and offer, for example, NADA.

We are a multidisciplinary team of eight in total with a culture where learning, close sparring, professional development, high quality, holistic and coherent citizen pathways are at the center.

Your tasks

• Individual and group treatment
• Counseling and guidance programs and caregiver programs
• Planning and execution of treatment programs with personal, ethical, theoretical and practical vigilance
• Active team player and sparring partner for colleagues, managers and cooperating partners
• Teach, give presentations, brainstorm with colleagues and other professional groups
• Written documentation in Cura in accordance with given professional standards and applicable legislation
• Contribute to common tasks in the team to ensure daily operations

Your profile

We are looking for an experienced substance misuse worker who

• Has a social work background and experience with substance misuse treatment
• Has knowledge of, for example, MI and KAT
• Has experience with group treatment and can independently facilitate group programs
• Works independently and in a structured manner
• Is relationally strong and trust-building
• Has experience in coordinating network meetings with both internal and external partners
• Can reflect on one's own practice
• Can document clearly and professionally
• Can collaborate broadly and contribute to the team
• Can conduct conversations and counseling in English when needed

Employment and salary

Interviews with case work will be held on Friday, October 23.

37 hours/week. Working hours primarily between 8–15 (Thursday until 18).

Employment according to the applicable collective agreement.
