Nyborg Municipality's Service Team is seeking hourly paid substitutes.

In Nyborg Municipality's Service Team, we ensure every day that the municipality's buildings function and that everyday life holds together for both citizens and employees. Now we are seeking hourly paid substitutes who want to become part of our team and help out when needed.

A workday with different tasks

As a substitute, you will become an important part of our daily life. The tasks may include:

• Cleaning at the municipality's institutions and in other municipal buildings.
• Practical tasks in our central laundry.
• Substitution during holidays, sickness and other absence.
• To contribute to ensuring that tasks are solved thoroughly and with high quality.

You will have a varied workday where flexibility and a positive attitude are important qualities.

Who are you?

We imagine that you are a person who takes responsibility, arrives on time and approaches tasks with good humor. You do not need to be able to do everything from the start – the most important thing is that you want to work, learn new things and be a good colleague.

We emphasize that you

• Are reliable, flexible and responsible.
• Can work independently and at the same time be part of a team.
• Have an eye for quality and detail.
• Can read and understand Danish.
• Have a driving license.
• Are willing to work on weekends and at different times.

You must be prepared for early mornings, as the work can start at 05:00.

In the central laundry, meeting times are within the period 05:00–15:00.

If you have experience with cleaning or working in a laundry, that is an advantage but not a requirement. A relevant AMU basic course is also an advantage.

Additional information

Salary and employment terms in accordance with the applicable collective agreement and the principles of local pay formation.

The expected starting salary is 162.49 DKK per hour excluding pension and any special allowances.

The concrete salary is determined based on objective and gender-neutral criteria, including education, experience, competencies and the position's responsibilities.

Nyborg Municipality has a smoke-free working time. The policy applies to all employees and means that it is not possible to smoke during working hours. The smoking policy must ensure that all employees in Nyborg Municipality can move about in a smoke-free work environment.
