About the position

As healthcare professional coordinator you will become a central key person in our organisation, which consists of 3 separate departments under the same management. You will be responsible for supporting the healthcare quality and ensuring that legislation, instructions and applicable requirements are translated into practice that makes sense for both residents and staff.

The position requires a good overview, strong organizational skills and the desire to work systematically with quality assurance. If you enjoy structure, annual cycles, follow-ups and checklists, you will probably feel at home with us.

Your responsibilities

You will among other things be responsible for

• coordinating and supporting the healthcare work at the facility
• ensuring high quality in the healthcare documentation practice
• supporting staff in working with the 12 nursing-related problem areas
• ensuring correct handling of medicines, including dosage and updating in FMK
• completing and maintaining legally required healthcare forms
• developing, structuring and maintaining the annual cycle so that healthcare actions and requirements are systematically and timely followed up during the year
• ensuring a structured and targeted development and maintenance of local instructions
• translating instructions, legislation and guidelines into concrete workflows and practice-oriented solutions
• carrying out follow-up, self-checks and quality reviews
• supporting and guiding staff to comply with applicable healthcare requirements
• collaborating with general practitioners, hospitals, psychiatry, pharmacies and other healthcare partners
• reporting to management regarding status, follow-ups and development areas within the health and medical field
• planning and implementing smaller teaching and guidance programs for the staff group as needed

We are looking for someone who

• is educated as a nurse or has another relevant healthcare education
• works in a structured, systematic and responsible manner
• has a natural sense of order, follow-up and quality assurance
• enjoys checklists, procedures and documentation
• has experience with or knowledge of Nexus
• has experience with the 12 nursing-related problem areas
• has experience with medication handling, dosage and FMK
• has insight into healthcare documentation and applicable legislation
• can read, understand and work with healthcare professional terminology
• is willing to thoroughly study our instructions and quality requirements
• can create buy-in and support colleagues in their professional development
• has good collaboration and communication skills

Salary and employment terms

Salary is set based on applicable collective agreement and a concrete assessment of your education, your documented work experience and your professional and personal qualifications. Before employment and entering into the salary agreement you have the opportunity to receive information about the starting salary in the specific position.
