For the night shift in our component production we are seeking a Supervisor who can inspire, develop a team, and ensure effective cooperation and good results. In the role you will have a central task of translating strategy into action and creating an environment where both people and performance develop hand in hand.

As Supervisor on our night shift you will be responsible for your own 12-hour shift with around 40 employees. You will follow your team’s shift pattern and become a central factor in ensuring well-being, quality and performance. The working hours are organized in a 4-week rotation, where you work Sunday, Monday and Tuesday for four weeks, followed by four weeks with work on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.

We are looking for someone who is responsible and has the mindset of "how can this be solved" rather than "it cannot be solved". The person understands the value of having satisfied and engaged employees and is able to create a culture where everyone thrives. The position also requires a proactive person who can make decisions on their own when required.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for a team of about 40 employees and develop it
• Ensure that we deliver our products on time
• Promote a solid safety culture in daily life
• Promote high quality, well-being and employee development
• Motivate the team to achieve common goals and continuous improvements

Qualifications

• Technical background and understanding of production equipment, processes and workflows in a production environment
• Fluent in Danish, written and spoken, and good communication skills in English, written and spoken
• Experience with quality management (Six Sigma, root cause analysis, Lean)
• Understanding of safety and quality processes as well as reporting
• Previous management experience or similar from a manufacturing company
• Relevant education in production or management
• Strong development and improvement skills, where you can identify and implement new processes in your own area

• Leadership experience from a production environment is an advantage, but not a requirement
