We are looking for one Swedish-speaking interviewer for telephone interviews (CATI), where you call Swedish companies and interview relevant people in the companies.

The position is 100% remote, which means you can work from home, no matter where you live.

It is a requirement that you speak Swedish fluently.

About the job

As an interviewer you call Swedish companies and conduct telephone interviews based on fixed questionnaires.

You will typically speak with relevant employees, decision-makers, or other key persons in the companies depending on the specific study. Therefore, it is important that you are comfortable contacting companies and can conduct a natural and professional conversation in Swedish.

You work independently, structured and neutral and follow methodological guidelines closely to ensure valid and usable data.

Since the work takes place from home, it is important that you can work independently, take responsibility for your tasks and have access to a stable internet connection as well as quiet surroundings for telephone interviews.

Your primary tasks

• Conducting telephone company interviews (CATI)
• Contact with Swedish companies
• Telephone interviews in Swedish
• Professional and neutral dialogue with employees and decision-makers
• Accurate recording of answers in the questionnaire
• Data collection, which is subsequently used for analyses and decision-making bases

You will become part of a professional team focused on quality, integrity and good communication, even though you work from home.

About you

We are looking for someone who speaks Swedish fluently and who thrives with independent work and telephone communication.

It is an advantage if you have experience with or an interest in communication, methodology, analysis or data collection, but it is not a requirement.

Working hours

The work with company interviews will primarily take place on weekdays during daytime , when companies are available.

The number of hours can vary depending on our projects, and we have the possibility to create shifts that fit your everyday life.
