Nurse sought as clinical coordinator for Fynsgade Nursing Home

Do you want to help raise the quality of care, create a strong learning environment and make a difference – for citizens, relatives and colleagues?

We are seeking a professional coordinator , who together with the house's nurse – acts as a professional beacon in connection with delegated tasks and responsibilities. You thus get a central role in the operations and development.

The position consists of two central functions

• Professional leadership, where you support the staff's professional development, facilitate teaching and implement new professional standards and guidelines, reflection and learning, and where you function as a sparring partner in daily work.
• Hours in operations weekly , holistic care where you are close to everyday life and spar with the staff, contribute to good practical solutions with an appreciative and rehabilitative approach. Work every 4th weekend and 4-5 holidays annually.

Your core tasks will be

• Ensure high professional quality and consistent documentation in Nexus.
• Be a visible and accessible sparring partner for colleagues across all shifts.
• Advise and teach – both one-on-one and in groups.
• Contribute to the implementation of new professional standards and guidelines and strengthen the health-care focus.
• Support a safe and developmental learning environment.
• Actively involve the citizens in care with a focus on rehabilitation, health promotion and prevention.
• Work actively with UTH and audits with different focus areas.
• Handle ad hoc tasks related to the above.
• Close collaboration with the care home manager, the house's nurse and the professional coordinator who works with scheduling.

• You are a trained nurse with clinical experience.
• You are professionally curious and strong in documentation and working with FSIII, as well as Nexus and FMK.
• You are eager to teach and share your knowledge.
• You communicate with curiosity, appreciation and have an understanding of what can be difficult.
• You have humor, an overview and a twinkle in your eye – even when things are busy.
• You work independently, but thrive in close collaboration with other professional groups.
