Would you like to be a nurse in a place where you get close to the residents, your colleagues, and professional development?

At Plejehjem Bogense we are looking for a nurse who wants to become part of our daily life and at the same time help shape the next version of Søbo.

We have a close collaboration with the town's other nursing home, Møllehaven. You must therefore be prepared to have a function at both places.

We are in the middle of an exciting development as Søbo is expanding with 9 new nursing apartments and 3 respite places. Therefore you will not only have the opportunity to step into an existing organization – you will have the opportunity to help create it.

You will get close to the residents and their everyday life, and you will have the opportunity to use your nursing expertise in a daily life where things cannot always be put into a schedule.

Some days everything goes as planned. Other days they do not.

We work, among other things, with person-centered care, dementia, complex citizen pathways and prevention of unnecessary hospitalizations.

You will have the opportunity to help develop nursing practice and help set the direction for how we organize and solve tasks as Søbo grows.

The expected salary range is disclosed during a visit to the school or at the first interview. The final salary is set based on your qualifications and previous work experience and after concrete negotiations with the professional organization.

A criminal record check must be obtained before employment can take place.
