System Administrators for Intune/MECM operations in State IT

Do you want to help drive the state's client platform to the cloud? In State IT you will be responsible for creating and operating modern cloud solutions that support 60,000 users across ministerial areas.

About the position As a system administrator in the SIA Software team you will be part of the operation and development of the Danish state's client platform. You will take on a role in the transition from on-premises operations to a future Intune platform, where you help ensure that software and security updates are rolled out efficiently.

Your main tasks will be to

• Handle software distribution, including packaging of applications and maintenance
• Ensure state IT security through proactive patching and management of vulnerabilities
• Drive and optimize the future Intune platform and ensure smooth interaction with on-prem operations
• Resolve complex incidents and perform troubleshooting on the Windows client platform
• Contribute to optimizing the client environment for customers in Denmark and abroad.

To succeed in the job we especially look for someone who

• Has experience with administration of Intune, Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Configuration Manager (MECM) - or a strong technical background that enables you to quickly learn the tools - as well as experience with Windows 11 and familiarity with Mac and open source.
• Has worked with automation and scripting, for example via PowerShell, to streamline operational processes
• Has an interest in IT security and experience with vulnerability management and patching
• Thrives in analyzing complex issues and finding robust solutions
• Wants to collaborate with many different people and can communicate technical knowledge so others can participate.
• Has experience with ITIL or working in environments with Service Management systems

Employment terms You are hired under the applicable collective agreement with the possibility of negotiation depending on qualifications.

The workplace is either in Ballerup or Aarhus.
