Teacher for Holistic Offer Valhøj

Then perhaps you are the one we are looking for at Holistic Offer Valhøj.

HTV is part of Rødovre Municipality's special educational center and is currently normed for 20 students (30 students from 27). We work holistically with the individual student and focus on learning, well-being, development and participation.

We are looking for a teacher who

· is passionate about teaching students with special needs and can see the possibilities behind the challenges

· can create clear and predictable frameworks and at the same time be flexible

· is strong in relationship work and meets the students with calm, respect and curiosity

· wants to engage in a close interdisciplinary collaboration with educators and assistants.

Experience from the field of special education is an advantage, but not a requirement. The most important thing is that you are curious about special didactics and want to develop your practice together with your colleagues.

What you will do

· plan and implement individually tailored teaching

· support the students' academic, social and personal development

· follow the students' progression and adjust the teaching to their needs

· collaborate with parents, colleagues and external partners on the students' development and well-being
