Teacher with strong football skills wanted for Fodbold Fulton and Bakkegårdsskolen

Are you passionate about football, developing young people, and teaching in a strong professional community?

For our 8th grade at Football Fulton we are seeking as of 1. December 2026 an engaged teacher with teaching qualifications in social studies and English and a solid football-related background, preferably as a former player or coach.

For us football is an important part of the students' everyday life and identity. At the same time we believe that the best learning environments are created through close collaboration between professional adults. Therefore the team around the 8th grade consists of three teachers, and we consistently work with a two-teacher system and co-teaching , so there is always a minimum of two teachers present in the teaching.

This enables us to build strong relationships, differentiate the teaching, and meet each student academically, socially and personally.

About the position

You will become part of a dedicated team of three teachers, who together cover the class's subjects and create a coherent daily life for the students. We share responsibility for the students' learning and well-being and work closely together on planning, implementation and evaluation of the teaching.

As a teacher at Football Fulton you will become part of an environment where on-field ambitions go hand in hand with academic development in the school. Therefore we are looking for a colleague who can contribute with football-based teaching, relationship-building and clarity in everyday life.

We are looking for a colleague who

• Is a qualified teacher with teaching competence in social studies and English.
• Preferably has experience as a player, coach or from an ambitious football environment.
• Can build strong relationships with young people.
• Sees the value in collaboration, sparring and shared responsibility in teaching.
• Has ambitions for the students academically, personally and athletically.

We offer

• A unique teaching environment where schooling and football become an integrated part of the students' everyday life.
• A strong teaching team with a high degree of collaboration and shared responsibility.
• A two-teacher system and co-teaching as a natural part of everyday life.
