Team Leader for a Residential Facility

Who are we?

Kløverengen is part of Vallensbæk Municipality and is a temporary residential facility with 41 places under the Social Services Act §§ 107 and 108 for citizens with psychosocial problems and psychiatric diagnoses.

We are in the middle of an exciting development, where we are investing massively in professionalism, quality and staff development. We have just completed a 5-day basic KRAP training, which we are now starting to integrate into our practice, which already includes a mentalizing approach, Motivational Interviewing and a strong documentation practice.

Responsibilities

• Daily staff leadership, including wellbeing, development and sparring
• To ensure high professional quality in the pedagogical and health-related services
• To create structure, overview and stable operations
• To be a visible and accessible leader in everyday life
• To ensure high quality in documentation, follow-up and authority cooperation
• To support the implementation of professional methods and workflows

Your most important task

Your most important task will not be to manage the operations. It will be to create the best conditions for the employees to succeed. You must be close to practice, set a clear professional direction and create a working environment where employees thrive, develop and dare to take responsibility. You will become part of a management team where we spar closely, challenge each other and share responsibility for both staff, citizens and the continued development of Kløverengen.

It would be an advantage if you have experience with KRAP, Low Arousal, mentalization or other relevant approaches.

Practical

The position has no upper age limit, but is based on 37 hours per week. Expected start 1 January 2027. Salary and terms of employment according to the applicable collective agreement and the Ny Løn principles. The salary level for this position is expected to be in the range 45,000 - 48,000 DKK + pension, but will always be based on individual negotiation.
