Team leader for CNC department sought

CVforum is seeking a team leader for an exciting position at a company in Hvidovre

You will be responsible for a team of experienced and independent employees working with CNC turning and milling of complex components.

Your key task will be to ensure a well-functioning department where employees' competencies are utilized optimally, and where quality, efficiency and collaboration are important tools for success.

Your primary areas of responsibility will be

• Daily planning and coordination of tasks and resources
• Professional sparring, motivation and development of the employees
• Optimization of production processes and workflows
• Implementation of new technology and ongoing development of the machine fleet
• Quality assurance and follow-up on the department's results

In addition, you will be part of the company's management team with ongoing dialogue, coordination and reporting across the organization.

You will have great freedom to shape the department's development and create the best framework for a strong team that is expected to grow further in the coming years.

Qualifications

You have a background as an industrial technician, machine operator or similar and solid experience with CNC machining.

In addition, you have experience leading a team and coordinating tasks and resources in daily operations.
