Your role

As a team leader, you will be a central person in the daily operations.

You will among other things work with

• Daily coordination of employees and tasks
• Planning and prioritizing today’s work
• Follow-up on quality and delivery
• Coordination between painting and assembly
• Active participation in practical work
• Training and introduction of new employees
• Follow-up on workflows and quality
• Continuous improvement of processes
• Ensuring good collaboration in the team
• Being the visible person colleagues can go to in daily life

It is a position where you must be able to combine professionalism with human understanding.

You must be able to say no when necessary – but also listen, help and find solutions together with your colleagues.

Who are you?

We imagine that you have experience from for example

• Assembly
• Metal industry
• Surface treatment/painting
• Production
• Industry in general

You do not necessarily need to have had an official title as team leader before.

The most important is that you want to take responsibility, create structure and be the one to lead.
