Leadership of employees and the work environment

You have personnel responsibility and are close to the daily life of employees. You set a clear direction, follow up on agreements and create room for professional dialogue and involvement. At the same time you take on the leadership role and make decisions when the situation requires it.

When resources are scarce and considerations collide: What do you prioritize first, how do you involve the employees – and how do you ensure that decisions are put into practice?

Professional quality and citizen pathways

You strengthen cohesive, rehabilitative citizen pathways and support that professional assessments are translated into a coordinated effort around the individual citizen. You contribute to the development of employees' competencies and to a strong interdisciplinary collaboration.

Operations, planning and development

You are responsible for daily operations and work closely with the district manager, colleague leaders and planning. You must create coherence between resources, tasks and citizens' needs and contribute to developing workflows and digital solutions. Since employees work at different times, you may occasionally need to be present outside normal working hours. The planning is done flexibly and with a view to a sustainable work week.

About you

It is necessary that you

• have a relevant health-professional education
• can combine personnel management, professional development and financial responsibility
• communicate clearly and respectfully and can act calmly in difficult situations

It is advantageous if you

• have experience from home care and nursing or other complex citizen areas
• have a leadership education or are ready to take one
• have knowledge of municipal operations, shift planning and Nexus

As a leader we especially emphasize that you are visible in everyday life, follow up on agreements and create room for professional dialogue. You listen and involve, but also make clear decisions when the situation requires it. You work in a structured way with the work environment, interdisciplinary collaboration and digital opportunities and can engender support for both operations and development.

Interviews

We will hold the first interview round on November 10, 2026 and the second interview round on November 23, 2026. Candidates advancing to the second interview will have a personality profile prepared. Interview about the personality profile will be conducted on November 17 or 18, 2026.
