Techcollege seeks an engaged subject teacher for the Graphic Technician education!

We are looking for a professionally skilled graphic technician who is passionate about educating the future graphic staff at one of Denmark's largest vocational schools.

At Techcollege we want to make a difference with our education. Going forward we are strategically moving toward becoming a purpose-driven organization, where employees are much more involved in decisions about the core task of ensuring our students' learning and well-being. Therefore we will start developing an organizational form where we run more experiments, collaborate on the purpose, and make decisions collectively, and you will be a part of that as a new employee.

You do not need to have teaching experience, but it is important that you are eager to share knowledge and work with people, then we will prepare you for teaching. You will become part of a professional learning community (PLF) that works closely together to support students' learning and well-being, and thus you will always have colleagues you can seek advice and guidance from. You will also undertake a so-called DEP (vocational pedagogical diploma), where you also gain learning about relevant aspects of teaching.

• Are educated within the graphic technician field and have experience from it. If you have skills in screen printing, that would be an extra plus.
• Are good at building relationships and want the sense of community at a school
• Want to challenge and support students at all levels
• Thrive in a changing daily life, where you keep calm and maintain an overview, even when things move fast
• Have good IT skills and are ready to convey your professional material, both in the classroom and in the workshop

Salary and employment terms

This is a permanent position of 37 hours per week with start on 1 December 2026 or as soon as possible.

Your primary place of work will be at our address Øster Uttrup Vej 1, 9000 Aalborg.

Employment and remuneration are based on qualifications and in accordance with the Danish Ministry of Education's circular no. 101 of 1 February 2007 on terms of employment for civil servant-like employees at institutions for vocational education and canteen departments.

The position includes a probationary period of two years in accordance with the provisions of the employment order no. 101 of 01.02.2007. Applicants without pedagogical education must complete a pedagogical diploma no later than 4 years after employment. Techcollege pays for the education.
