Technical Project Manager / Technical Lead

Are you passionate about driving technical projects, working closely with customers, and ensuring strong delivery across multiple projects?

We are looking for a proactive and technically strong Technical Project Manager / Technical Lead to join our Asset Management team at DIS/CREADIS in Stilling near Aarhus.

In this role, you will take operational ownership of several customer projects simultaneously and act as the key interface between our customers and our technical project teams. Your focus will be on understanding customer needs, creating structure, driving the team forward, and ensuring high-quality, on-time delivery.

Your role

You will be responsible for coordinating and driving multiple technical projects, primarily within wind energy, asset management and technical documentation.

Your responsibilities will include

• Managing several technical projects simultaneously
• Acting as the primary operational interface towards our customers
• Leading and coordinating multidisciplinary project teams
• Understanding customer needs and translating them into clear project scopes, activities and deliverables
• Ensuring quality, performance and on-time delivery
• Managing project progress, resources, budgets, risks and priorities
• Ensuring clear communication and expectation management with customers
• Proactively identifying challenges and driving them towards resolution
• Supporting scoping, estimation and start-up of new projects
• Providing technical leadership and guidance where relevant

You will work closely with both customers and DIS/CREADIS specialists and play an important role in ensuring successful projects and long-term customer relationships.

Who are you?

We imagine that you have a technical background as Marine Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, Production Engineer or similar technical background.

More importantly, you combine technical understanding with strong project management skills and a customer-oriented mindset.

We would ideally like you to

• Demonstrate a high level of accountability and confidently hold relevant stakeholders accountable for agreed actions and deliverables
• Thrive in an international environment and enjoy collaborating across cultures, disciplines and locations
• Have 3-5 years of relevant professional experience within technical project management, technical leadership or a similar role
• Have experience with technical project management or as a Technical Lead
• Be comfortable managing several projects and priorities simultaneously
• Take ownership and work proactively
• Be confident in customer-facing situations
• Have a structured approach to project execution and follow-up
• Be able to understand technical challenges without necessarily being the specialist in every discipline
• Have the ability to lead and motivate technical specialists
• Understand the balance between technical quality, deadlines and commercial performance
• Communicate professionally in both Danish and English

Experience from the wind industry is a strong advantage, particularly within engineering, service, maintenance, production or technical documentation.
