Temp workers wanted at Krummebækgaard

We are seeking temporary workers for our residential and special pedagogical departments.

Krummebækgaard receives vulnerable young people aged 17-35, from across Denmark. As a temporary worker at Krummebækgaard you will work with young people who have a strong need for a structured and predictable daily life. At Krummebækgaard the young people therefore follow a holistic program; at Krummebækgaard we work based on the principles of Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) combined with close relationships, high professionalism, warmth and care.

About you

• You are a trained educator (pædagog) or have experience from the social sector
• You are authentic, clear about your own boundaries and able to engage in equal relationships
• You are a good colleague who will help create a positive and good working environment
• You are prepared to always base your approach on the individual young person’s needs
• You are passionate about working developmentally with young people
• You are flexible and adaptable
• You are able to maintain a journal
• You have a Category B driving license

Temporary positions are available both as on-call substitutes, where you will be contacted in case of illness, you also have the opportunity to apply for shifts yourself, and as a permanent substitute for longer-term illness or maternity leave.

The position is available to start as soon as possible. Working hours may be distributed across shifts around the clock, and flexibility will therefore be highly valued.
