About us Lille Elverhøj is a specialized kindergarten for children aged 2-6 years with autism and ADHD among other things. We work purposefully to create safe, clear, and developmental frameworks, where every child is met with understanding, recognition and respect for their individual needs.

Through a clear structure, recognizability and attentive adults we create a daily life where children can thrive, develop and participate in the community on their own terms.

We have room for six children and consist of a fixed team of four educators and a teaching assistant. Collaboration, professional reflection and shared responsibility are central values in our daily work.

About the job As a substitute you will become part of our engaged team and contribute to creating a safe and predictable everyday life for the children.

Your tasks may include

• Welcoming the children and supporting them in a calm and familiar morning start.
• Participating in pedagogical activities in small groups.
• Supporting play, communication and social communities.
• Creating structure and clarity through visual supports and clear boundaries.
• Contributing to a safe learning environment where the individual child's resources are in focus.
• Working closely with colleagues on planning, evaluation and daily pedagogical practice.

Educational experience is an advantage but not a requirement. The most important thing is that you want to make a difference for the children and contribute positively to our community.

Practical information Position: On-call substitute with possibility of 15 fixed hours

Target group: Children aged 2-6 with autism profile and other special needs

Workplace: Lille Elverhøj, Morescosvej 11 C, 2920 Gentofte

Working hours: As needed within opening hours 8.00-16.00
