The Dementia Unit Liselund is seeking a Social and Health Care Assistant

We are looking for an engaged and professionally strong social and health care assistant for our Dementia Unit at the Care and Welfare Center Liselund. The position is a permanent role with mixed shifts and work every other weekend. The position is initially on 37 hours per week, but we are open to finding the right solution together with you. We would like the position to be filled on 1 December 2026 or as soon as possible.

• can apply and document your health-related knowledge and your observations

• work from a rehabilitative approach with a focus on the resident's resources, desires, and self-determination

Salary is determined based on the applicable collective agreement and a concrete assessment of your education, your documented work experience, and your professional and personal qualifications.
