Who are we?

With us you come close to the citizens. You meet them in their own homes, where you not only solve a task, but become part of their daily life. For some citizens, your visit may be the day's first encounter with another person. For others, it is the help that enables them to continue managing everyday life at home.

You will become part of a team where we help each other. Even though you will work very independently, you are not alone. There is always someone to ask when you are in doubt. Someone to brainstorm with when a citizen's situation changes. And someone to laugh with when the day has been a bit longer than expected. We believe we become better when we use each other’s professional skills and experiences.

As our SSH, you will, among other things,

• assist the citizens with personal care and practical tasks
• support the citizens in managing as much as possible on their own
• work rehabilitatively and base it on the citizen's own resources
• observe the citizens' wellbeing and changes in their condition
• document your observations and interventions
• collaborate closely with SSAs, nurses, therapists and other professional groups

• Maybe you are good at creating security for people who need your help.
• Maybe you are the type who can take responsibility yourself and also raise your hand when you need help.
• You do not need to know everything from day one. But you should want to be part of the community, take responsibility for your work and make a difference for the people you meet.
