The Krudtuglen Children's House seeks an experienced manager

We are a group of engaged employees with great professional pride, who will have a new daily leader by January 1, 2027. The house consists of both a nursery (vuggestue) and a kindergarten. There is good demand for both parts and many little ones on the way to the nursery.

In our daily life we are focused on the core task: to create a safe and pleasant learning environment with clear adults. Here there is room for both fun and seriousness – we play and learn and are daily both outdoors and indoors.

The Krudtuglen House is part of Krarup Free School and in everyday life there is a close collaboration with the principal Anne Mette Vahl-Møller.

About the job

As daily leader in Krudtuglen you will have the responsibility to continue the good, structured daily life and at the same time provide good professional sparring. You will take responsibility for daily staff leadership, for meeting the professional requirements and for participating in the municipal leadership forum.

The position is full-time.

This includes, among other things

• to continuously work with the reinforced pedagogical curricula in both theory and practice
• to help ensure good transitions – from nursery to kindergarten and to Spring SFO
• to collaborate with the associated professionals PPR, speech and hearing consultant etc.
• to contribute to a good and trusting collaboration with parents

About us

We have a wonderfully diverse group of children and we meet all children and families with positive expectations.

In the nursery there is room for 15 children and there are many on the way. The kindergarten has between 20 and 25 children and receives new arrivals primarily from the nursery – but also from outside.

We see it as a great value to be a shared house, where knowledge of children and staff across the house is important. We place emphasis on and would like to develop the work community that makes the entire institution a good place to be for both children and adults.

• have knowledge of H&H - and can create curricula and work plans
• have an eye for the individual child, for the families and for the staff.
