For an exciting market-leading company in Ballerup within the chemical and industrial sector, we are looking for process operators

Since this is a temporary position with a view to permanent employment you should expect both first and second interviews in the process. The company is located in Ballerup.

The primary tasks include controlling the production process and ensuring optimal output in safe operation. There will be ongoing startup over the next 2 months, but interviews will be conducted continuously, as the first employees must start as soon as possible.

Your tasks will be

• Operation of spray drying plant
• Documentation and reporting
• Quality control
• Ongoing cleaning of plant and work areas
• Handling of raw materials
• Packaging

Expectations of you are

• Education as process operator or industrial operator with experience from a position as a process operator
• Knowledge of GMP
• Driver's license B
• Technical flair for ongoing maintenance of the plant
• Forklift license is an advantage, but not an absolute requirement

Working hours

The first 2 weeks will be on day shift from 6.00-18.00.

Until 31 December your working hours will be on a 12-hour shift pattern, day and night in the period from 6.00 to 18.00 and 18.00 to 06.00. You will be part of the work schedule at the plant you are hired to.

From 1 January 2026 the working hours will change to day, evening and night shifts

• Day shift 6.00-13.00 – 3 days a week
• Evening shift 13.00-22.00 – 5 days a week
• Night shift 22.00-06.00 – 3 days a week

Shifts rotate and with about 2 weekend shifts per month either 6.00-18.00 or 18.00-6.00. There will be a maximum of 16 weekend shifts per year.

Salary package, terms of employment and career opportunities

The hourly wage is 202.55 plus allowances according to the collective agreement, a Flexible Benefit account of 10% and pension. You will also become part of the company's bonus scheme from your first working day – bonuses are calculated annually.

There are opportunities for career development within the company such as Assistant Shift Leader and Shift Leader.

This is a temporary position with a view to permanent employment, so the first 14 weeks you will be employed by Actief Hartmanns as a hourly paid employee.
