Tingager Nursing Home seeks Social and Health Care Assistant or Social and Health Care Helper for permanent day shift

At Tingager Nursing Home in Ringe, we are seeking a trained social and health assistant or social and health helper for a fixed day shift.

The position is initially 37 hours per week. Hours above 32 can be included in mixed shifts. At 37 hours, you work every other weekend. If employed under 34 hours, there is an option to work every 3rd weekend.

The position is desired to be filled by January 1, 2027 or as soon as possible thereafter.

About Tingager Nursing Home

The nursing home has 58 flats and is centrally located in Ringe. Here care and support are provided around the clock with high professionalism and great human warmth.

• Daily triage meetings, interdisciplinary meetings and resident conferences
• Close collaboration between HCAs, social and health assistants, nurses, therapists, residents and families.

We have a clear goal to become an Eden Alternative-certified home in 2027, and all staff are offered a 3-day training program in the Eden Alternative.

We are looking for you who

• Are trained as a social and health assistant or social and health helper
• Have an interest in the elderly field and understanding of the living situation of nursing home residents
• Have professional curiosity and preferably knowledge of geriatric diseases and medications for older people
• Can contribute to creating a meaningful daily life for residents through both health and social initiatives
• Takes joint responsibility for the community and views interprofessional collaboration as a strength
• Work in a structured way and document professional observations
• Are flexible, reliable and an active team player for a good working environment

If you are newly qualified, we will of course ensure a thorough introduction and a good onboarding process.

Your tasks

You will, among other things

• Carry out basic care and support residents' rehabilitation
• Observe residents' well-being and document relevant observations
• Contribute to coherence and quality in residents' daily lives
• Collaborate with residents, relatives and other partners
• Participate in medication management within your competence area
• Coordinate tasks and contribute to knowledge sharing in the team

We work in Nexus. Experience with the system is an advantage but not a requirement, as training is offered.
