Group arrangement for 2nd grade students

• Currently consists of 11 designated students who to varying degrees need clear structure and a protected frame around their school day
• Students have diagnoses within autism and ADHD
• The group arrangement started in August 2024. The school has a similar group arrangement for children currently in 0th grade and an intermediate form for 6-8th grade
• Students shall be taught across the entire national curriculum, and the instruction must be adaptable to the concrete group of children so they develop academically and personally
• The team shall be the stabilizing base for a group of students developing at different paces
• There will be close collaboration with the general classes about possibly bridging individual pupils out to individual subjects

We expect that

• You are a trained teacher or educator
• You have experience/competence from the special educational field or have great interest in the area
• You have knowledge of ADHD- and autism education and can work with visual structure
• You are used to structuring several adults in one room in the most appropriate way (Co-teaching)
• You will be part of a committed, professional and development-oriented team collaboration
• You have a strong focus on teaching differentiation in a special offer
• You have experience with making individual action plans and ongoing evaluation
• You can create structure and predictability in the class through a special educational effort
• You regard well-being, predictability and safety as the starting point for the pupil's learning
• You can collaborate very closely with parents and PPR about the children's development
• You have a growth mindset and can engage in critical reflection on your own practice – for the children's sake

The position

• Permanent employment
• The position is initially full-time, but we are happy to discuss reduced hours
• Employment from 1 January 2027
