Two pedagogues for Børnehuset Kærhøgevej in Varde

Børnehuset Kærhøgevej is looking for two qualified pedagogues for our wonderful daycare, located in a quiet residential area, close to lovely green spaces, playgrounds, the Music and Art School, the Library, the Museum and Varde Town. We are licensed for 8 toddlers and 60 kindergarten children. This involves two full-time positions, and we hope you can start on December 1st or as soon as possible. Please note that interviews are held on an ongoing basis.

Be part of putting your mark on the refurbished house

We are looking for one pedagogue for the kindergarten and one pedagogue for our nursery department. Right now we are in the process of rebuilding the house so that the nursery department and surroundings are up to date, which you can help shape. We expect the construction to be completed and ready for occupancy just before the winter break 2027.

• Have heart, joy and enthusiasm in the pedagogical work with children, parents and colleagues,
• Experience it as exciting and development-oriented to work cross-disciplinary,
• Can convey pedagogical theory – and especially – pedagogical practice to colleagues, parents and partners,
• Experience it as important to contribute to a good psychological working environment, professional development and well-being in the entire Dagtilbuddet Midt and in our local staff group.
• Are trained pedagogues with a desire to learn, develop and pursue further training,
• Work didactically, and can document and describe their pedagogical work,
