We are looking for two professionally competent pedagogues who are passionate about presence, structure, nature and movement, who want to help create a good children's universe in our newly renovated house.

A bit about Børnehuset Voldly

Voldly is a profile institution with a focus on nature and movement. We prioritise outdoor life in all kinds of weather and create movement joy for and with the children.

We have about 80 children distributed across four groups: two groups for children aged 0–3 years, Larverne and Myrerne, and two groups for children aged 3–6 years, Græshopperne and Sommerfuglene.

As part of the District Institution Kirstinebjerg we are part of a community with a total of eight institutions. We have a common district institutional leader, and each institution has its own pedagogical leader.

Our newly renovated house offers improved acoustics, lighting and ventilation as well as bright rooms, new floors, a new cradle room and new coverings outside. This contributes to a good working environment. The playground has also been renovated and provides good opportunities for play and immersion with the children.

In daily life we emphasise an appreciative approach with care and presence at a high level. We work with small communities in the children’s groups and meet nature and movement with curiosity. Nature is a continuous learning space, where we spend a large part of our time together with the children.

We expect that you

• are a trained pedagogue
• will create the best conditions for the children, no child should be randomly fortunate

• are an active participant in the children's play
• take initiative and are organised in daily routines and at meetings
• are crazy about outdoor life and can translate pedagogical practice into nature
• Like to move and be a moving role model for the children
• have a child perspective that gives children participation opportunities
• can work independently and collaborate with engaged and professional colleagues
• can receive feedback and give feedback from colleagues, parents and management
• can collaborate across disciplines with external consultants, psychologists, the child health team, etc.
• possess initiative, overview and decisiveness
• possess a basic knowledge of Outlook, Word, Tabulex, Aula, Brain & Heart
• stand for openness, engagement, orderliness and reliability as well as possess a good mood and joy of life
• manage to articulate yourself verbally and in writing about pedagogical practice.
• Can work within the institution's opening hours, 6:30-17:15.

Applicants with a strong interest in nature and movement joy will be preferred.
