Toolmaker for wire EDM and sinker EDM near Farum

Here you have a day-to-day in a modern and well-organized workshop, where you will work with wire EDM, sinking EDM and the fabrication of precision components.

These are technically demanding subjects, where tolerances are small and quality must be right. You will therefore need both your experience, your technical understanding and your eye for detail.

The company continually invests in machines and equipment, but there is also emphasis on good working conditions and proper management. The managers are close to production, listen to employees and understand the work being performed.

The company has a really nice lunch arrangement with an in-house chef.

Your daily life

You will among other things work with

• Operating wire EDM and sinker EDM machines
• Setting up and commissioning machines
• Manufacture of tools and precision components
• Maintenance and adjustment of existing tools
• Production based on technical drawings and 3D models
• Adjustment of programs and machine settings
• Monitoring of the machining processes
• Troubleshooting and minor maintenance
• Measuring and quality control of the finished parts

We are looking for you who

• Are educated as toolmaker, industrial technician or machine operator
• Have practical experience with wire EDM and sinker EDM
• Can set up and adjust the machines
• Can read and work after technical drawings
• Have experience with programming or adjusting programs at the machine
• Have an understanding of materials, tolerances and machining processes
• Work in a structured and precise manner
• Take responsibility for the quality of your work

About the workplace

The production is located near Farum and is part of an international technology company.

Advanced components and solutions are produced with high requirements for quality and documentation. The workshop is modernly equipped, and the workflows are structured so you can focus on the technical work.
