About the position

As a trainee in our Air Freight department you will receive thorough training in air freight forwarding and will, among other things, work with:

• Booking and coordination of air freight shipments with airlines and agents
• Preparation and handling of freight documents (including Air Waybill, invoice and customs papers)
• Ongoing customer contact and follow-up on shipments from pickup to delivery
• Price inquiries and quotation calculations for customers and partners
• Registration and updating of shipments in our TMS system
• Close collaboration with colleagues in the Air Freight department and across the office

We imagine that you

• Have completed HHX or have completed STX / HTX supplemented with the admission 5-week EUS
• Have good Danish language skills and can communicate professionally in English, both orally and in writing
• Are structured, detail-oriented and thrive with many balls in the air
• Are outgoing, service-minded and good at collaborating with colleagues and customers
• Generally have good knowledge of IT, including Excel
• Have an interest in international trade, logistics and air freight
