Transport dispatcher for our minibus department in Slagelse

At VIKINGBUS, on the eastern side of Slagelse, we are looking for an Operations Dispatcher who can keep track of the day’s tasks and ensure that the daily operations run correctly. You should also be able to provide support to both drivers and customers by phone and email. We value a workday with good humor and strong cross-team collaboration.

VIKINGBUS is a Danish-owned company that delivers safe and environmentally friendly travel nationwide. We operate with both tourist coaches, minibuses, and line buses, and we have a sharp focus on high service and responsibility in everything we do.

You will become an important part of the team and take a central role in daily operations, where you handle both the operations and on-call phone and the operation's emails.

Working hours

• 37 hours per week
• The working hours are from 08:00 to 17:00

Your primary tasks will be

• Ongoing handling of operations emails
• Review of today’s runs and final checks
• Handling ad hoc tasks

We expect that you

• Speak and write Danish
• Work in a structured way and keep an overview, even when pace is high
• Have a knack for systems and be able to work efficiently in the MS Office suite
• Have a service-minded approach, both towards drivers and customers
• It is advantageous if you have knowledge of our planning system FleetSched
• Thrive in a role with fixed procedures and varied tasks
