About the job

Do you have an eye for the significance recruitment and the right competencies have for the organization? Are you passionate about developing people, and do you have a good eye for each individual's resources and competencies? If yes, you may be our new Training Consultant.

In the Welfare Administration we want a leading position within Welfare. We can only achieve that by investing in the most important resource we have – namely the employees. Therefore we in the Welfare Administration have our own Competence Center, which among other things works with practice-oriented competence development for employees from the areas Senior, Handicap, Social/psychiatry and Authority.

The Competence Center houses the administration for SOSU students and right now we have an exciting position available as Training Consultant.

About the job

Recruitment within the Social and Health area is one of the Welfare area's major tasks. Therefore it is also important that we as a future workplace ensure the students an education with high professional quality and focus on competence development. We therefore seek a training consultant who together with the rest of the student administration team can take on tasks such as hiring students, coordinating and planning as well as follow-up in relation to students during the education programme etc.

The position is 37 hours per week and desired to be filled from 1 January 2027.

Your background

You have a health care education, preferably supplemented with competences within the pedagogical area. It will be an advantage if you have worked with education either within the clinical area, or as a teacher or consultant at an educational institution or similar. At the same time you have shown administrative flair, as part of the coordination entails administrative tasks. If you can see yourself in it, then maybe you are the one we are looking for. As an education consultant you have a large interface with many different professional groups who will be your partners. It therefore requires that:

  • You are structured and analytical in your approach to the task.
  • You are good at seeing the potential in others and have the ability to rally people around you to be good
  • You are good at presenting, communicating and conveying.
  • You can communicate at eye level with several different target groups
  • You can be in difficult conversations in a good and constructive way
  • You can accept that there isn't an empty desk when you go home

Personal characteristics

You are good at building relationships and appear trust-building in collaboration, as the tasks often have many stakeholders – both internal and external. You have an appreciative and curious approach both regarding the students, the organization and the partners in general. You thrive in both independent task solving and at the same time you are also a team player who likes to collaborate for good solutions.

You will become part of us

You will become part of the student administration team in the Competence Center Welfare.

Competence Center Welfare is the Welfare Administration's cross-functional Competence Center, supporting the areas Senior, Handicap and Social/psychiatry in relation to competence development of employees. We work practice-oriented with a strategic and cross-cutting perspective regarding competence development.
