Ulkebøl School seeks an engaged kindergarten class teacher

We are looking for a kindergarten class leader, who with warmth, clarity and high professional competence can help create safe learning communities for our youngest students. Then you are our new kindergarten class leader as of 1 December 2026.

Ulkebøl School is a well-functioning public school with about 520 students spread across 0–9 grades and reception classes. The school is organized into two phases: Phase 1 (0–5 grades) and Phase 2 (6–9 grades). The teaching work is structured in self-managing teams, which continually develop themselves and each other.

We are seeking a kindergarten class leader who

• Is a qualified pedagogue
• Would like to practice outdoor schooling one day a week – in all kinds of weather 😊
• Has strong professional competencies and a sharp eye for children's development
• Meets the students at eye level and creates safe, motivating learning environments
• Places joy at work, presence and good dialogue high
• Is open to feedback and actively contributes to a positive and professional working environment
• Thrives in a close, cross-disciplinary team collaboration on children's learning and well-being
• Is approachable and engaged in collaboration with parents, students, colleagues and leadership
