Instructor for the Department of Employee Development

EUC Syd searches for a lecturer for the department of staff development and consultancy with start 1 December or as soon as possible.

The department's clients are private and public companies, which we offer organizational and competence development within among others quality, communication, collaboration, work environment and LEAN.

In collaboration with the client we actively work to translate the company's strategies into action and initiate change processes among the employees.

The teaching is practice-oriented and usually takes place at the client's site with programs tailored to the client's needs and wishes. Likewise, teaching can take place as online instruction.

Areas of work

Your tasks will be

• Teaching employees in among other things LEAN and quality courses
• Teaching within the areas of working environment, ergonomics and conflict management
• Development of new and existing teaching concepts
• Planning of course programs in collaboration with our customers
• Administrative tasks related to competence tools
• Consultancy and outreach work to promote our course activities.

Qualifications

To be considered for the position you must either have relevant teaching experience or experience from production companies.

• As a teacher you can "go beyond the edge"
• Are familiar with online teaching and the use of digital possibilities
• Have knowledge of and interest in staff development
• Can accommodate participants with different prerequisites
• Are outgoing and flexible
• Are engaged and self-starting
• Have a flair for administrative tasks
• Are mobile, as teaching may take place at rotating addresses.

Salary and employment terms
