In Norddjurs Municipality we are seeking a versatile digitalization consultant who can create momentum, inspire and turn digital change into a concrete gain for both employees and citizens.

About you and your competences

We imagine that you have solid experience in leading projects and processes, where you have managed to bring many different stakeholders around a common solution. You thrive in an environment where tasks cycle between project management, advisory, coordination and the more operational tasks such as maintenance of websites and intranets.

You work structured and independently with both large and small tasks, and you always keep an overview – even when several projects run in parallel. You have experience with Microsoft 365 and SharePoint. It is clearly advantageous if you have previously worked with web, intranet, digital platforms or content administration. It is crucial for us that you can understand the business needs and translate them into solutions that make sense, are secure and easy to use. You communicate openly and engagingly, and you are able to create dialogue and motivation across disciplines.

Your area of work

As a digitalization consultant you will be an important link between departments, users, IT and Digitalization – and our external partners. You will be responsible for driving digital initiatives from the initial needs and ideas to implementation and anchoring. In particular Microsoft 365, SharePoint, the municipal website and intranet will be central elements, but you are also expected to proactively identify new needs and technological possibilities across the organization.

Your day-to-day will alternate between bringing project groups together, clarifying needs, designing solutions in SharePoint, running workshops and guiding colleagues who are facing new digital workflows. You will have both responsibility and freedom to plan your tasks, and you are not afraid to get close to the detail when required. At the same time you are ready to teach, advise and spar when the organization needs to be lifted to the next digital level.

Your new job can be adapted with flexible working hours, and the salary is set according to the applicable collective agreement. The position is to be filled on 1 January 2027.
