What is special about these two vacant positions is that you will become part of Spiloppen at a time when we are strengthening our professional community and developing our pedagogical practice, and where you and your colleagues have a decisive influence on our success with the pedagogical direction for the benefit of all the lovely children we have in the house every day.

We are looking for someone who, with positivity and a strong professional competence, will help shape the daily life and the community with us.

We are seeking one educated pedagogue for our toddler group and one educated pedagogue for our kindergarten – for both positions it applies that you want to put your mark on and contribute to a strong learning community and that you are passionate about being a co-creator of the good childhood.

Spiloppen is an integrated institution located in the Aarhus suburb of Tilst. We are normed for 24 toddlers and 40 preschool children. You will be assigned to one of the child groups, but you will also be part of a unified staff community where we help each other and work for the best solutions for the children's opportunities for wellbeing and development.

Both positions are, as a rule, full-time with start date 16 November 2026 or as soon as possible thereafter. We will call for interviews on an ongoing basis, so please send your application today. Spiloppen is a part of Tilst day care, where we work professionally from a common view of the child and strong values. We are ambitious on behalf of the children and have each child's wellbeing and development in mind. Safe attachment, positive relationships, clarity and recognition are part of the foundation of our work. Our pedagogical starting point is grounded in neuropsychological relational pedagogy, and we work with Dagtilbud for alle and Broader children's communities.

We continuously develop our practice through action-learning programs, learning days, professional reflection, sparring and working with the pedagogical learning environments.
