Section Gudme is seeking a replacement, SSH or unskilled to day and evening shifts.

Hourly wage, start date by agreement.

Section Gudme is a national section, and we operate from Storkehavevej in Gudme. A driving license is required.

Section Gudme consists of about 50 employees (SSH and SSA), who both day and evening assist/support many different citizens in their own homes.

We work in self-coordinating teams with a main focus on professionalism/the citizen's perspective and collaboration.

We hold daily meetings regarding early detection, and every week we hold a Teams meeting, where we work with person-centered care around citizens and ourselves.

Salary and employment

Salary and terms of employment according to applicable collective agreement.

In Svendborg Municipality, the salary for this type of position typically ranges from 26,054 to 43,119 DKK per month at full-time employment. The salary includes pension, special holiday allowance and fixed allowances. There may also be time-based allowances and other special remunerations. It is important to note that your specific salary is determined by your experience, seniority and competencies and agreed upon through negotiations with the relevant trade union.
